“Future Talents” Platform powered by AI
The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources has launched the Future Talents Project as a smart strategic ecosystem aimed at preparing a sustainable generation of young national leaders and enabling federal entities to systematically invest in future talent.
As part of this initiative, the Authority introduced the “Future Talents” platform, powered by AI, to enhance investment in young federal human capital. The platform represents a qualitative leap in unifying the methodology for discovering, developing, and empowering promising young talents, strengthening government readiness for future requirements, and reinforcing the UAE’s direction toward a knowledge-based economy built on efficiency and innovation. It also supports the development of the federal human capital ecosystem as a key pillar in shaping the future of government work.
What is the “Future Talents” Platform?
It is a smart digital platform powered by AI designed to implement the General Framework for Managing Future Talents and transform it from a strategic framework into a measurable operational model through:

- Providing data and analytical indicators to support decision-making.
Role of the Platform

- Standardize methodologies for talent identification, development, and empowerment across federal entities.
- Strengthen national integration in nurturing and developing talents.
Targets
The platform targets Human Resources departments in federal ministries and entities, enabling them to manage promising talents and build future leaders capable of contributing to strategic government projects.
