Criteria include:
- Age requirement of less than 35 years
- Performance rating of at least (4)
- Demonstration of initiative
- Completion of approved development programs such as JAHIZ
- Leadership competency
Nominated individuals undergo a series of assessments, followed by personalized empowerment and development plans to prepare them for future roles.
