FAHR Wins the UAE Artificial Intelligence Award for Its Project “HR AI Agent”

In a new milestone added to the record of governmental achievements in the UAE, the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) won the UAE Artificial Intelligence Award in the category of AI Solutions Developed in the UAE, for its pioneering project “HR AI Agent”. The award was presented during the ceremony held as part of the UAE Government Annual Meetings 2025 in Abu Dhabi.

The project is an intelligent platform based on generative AI technologies, designed to create a qualitative transformation in automating government HR services. The system enables more than 50,000 government employees across over 40 federal entities to complete more than 80% of inquiries and administrative transactions through over 100 smart services, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and enriching the government employee experience.

This achievement reaffirms the FAHR’s commitment to adopting artificial intelligence as a strategic instrument for advancing the government work ecosystem and designing innovative, human-centered solutions, in line with the directives of the visionary leadership and the UAE’s vision of global leadership in digital government transformation.
