FAHR Transfers Knowledge to the Civil Service Bureau in the Kingdom of Bahrain
The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) recently held a webinar to transfer knowledge to the Civil Service Bureau in the Kingdom of Bahrain, on best practices and successful experiences in the field of human capital development, as applied by the UAE government.
The webinar was attended by several members of the Human Resources Information Management System team in the federal government “Bayanati”, one of the FAHR’s strategic projects, Mr. Mohammed Salman Al-Aradi, Director General of HR Shared Services at the Bureau, and many representatives of the Bureau.
The Bureau was also briefed on the FAHR’s experience and its efforts to develop human resources strategies, electronic systems, and processes used in the field of HR Shared Services, based on innovation, AI, and digital transformation, especially the human resources information system in the federal government, represented by the “Bayanati” system.
This meeting comes within the framework of the efforts of the two brotherly countries to enhance the partnership and develop the skills of human cadres, by gaining experience and learning about the best practices of government human resources, which contributes to achieving common development goals. The participants underscored the importance of exchanging knowledge and experiences to enhance the efficiency of government performance and improve the services provided to the GCC citizens.
