FAHR Launches the “Insight System” for Federal HR Indicators
The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has recently launched the upgraded version of the “Insight” Smart Reporting System for Federal Government Human Resources Indicators. The system serves as a key reference for officials and decision-makers in ministries and federal entities, providing them with analytical indicators and real-time HR data that enhance their ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions based on reliable information.
In this context, His Excellency Faisal binbuti Al Mheiri, Director General of the FAHR, stated that the “Insight” system represents a qualitative addition that supports the Authority’s efforts in advancing the UAE Government’s vision towards achieving digital zero bureaucracy, strengthening HR data governance and maturity across the federal government, and providing smart tools to analyze HR indicators. It also enables federal entities to customize reports according to the nature of their work and specific needs, thereby enhancing their capacity to make strategic decisions grounded in precise and trustworthy data.
He noted that “Insight” is an enhanced version of the Smart Reporting System derived from the “Bayanati” Federal Government Human Resources Information Management System—one of the FAHR’s strategic projects. It is built upon the latest artificial intelligence and digital transformation technologies and serves as a highly reliable main reference for generating statistical reports related to human capital indicators within the UAE Federal Government.
