FAHR Announces New Year 2026 Holiday for the Federal Government

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) announced that the New Year 2026 holiday for the federal government will be on Thursday, 1 January 2026. Work on Friday, 2 January 2026, will be conducted remotely for federal government employees, except for those whose nature of work requires otherwise.

On this occasion, the Authority extends its warmest congratulations and best wishes to the leadership, government, and people of the United Arab Emirates, as well as all residents, praying that God Almighty returns this occasion upon everyone with health and wellbeing.
