FAHR Wins Two Brandon Hall Awards for Innovative Digital Initiatives

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has won two prestigious awards at the Brandon Hall Excellence Awards (Brandon Hall Tech Awards), reaffirming its leadership in adopting innovative digital solutions and advancing the government human resources ecosystem.

FAHR received the Gold Award for its Digital Employee Experience UX/UI initiative, which has enhanced the employee journey through advanced user interface design, improving ease of access to services and increasing overall employee satisfaction.

The Authority also won the Silver Award for its HR AI Agent initiative and the FAHR Smart App, which provide integrated smart services based on artificial intelligence technologies.
