FAHR Wins 18 Stevie Awards in 2026

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has achieved a new global milestone, winning 18 awards at the 2026 Stevie Awards, including 12 Gold Awards and 6 Silver Awards, in recognition of a range of innovative initiatives, projects and solutions across human resources, technology, artificial intelligence, government innovation, smart applications and customer service.

This international recognition reflects FAHR’s ongoing efforts to advance the government work ecosystem, adopt innovative solutions and advanced technologies, and leverage artificial intelligence to enhance government services and institutional practices. These efforts contribute to greater efficiency, agility and proactivity, while strengthening the readiness of government human capital to meet future requirements, in line with the UAE Government’s vision of advancing government leadership and excellence.

The awards recognised a number of initiatives and solutions developed by FAHR, most notably Insight Platform, Jahiz Application and the HR AI Agent, in addition to a range of distinctive initiatives and policies in areas including hybrid work, Entrepreneurship Leave, HR Management, learning and training, and innovation in government services. The awards spanned diverse categories, including Human Resources Innovation, Artificial Intelligence Innovation, Technology Development, Innovative Government Management, Annual Reports, Education and Training, and Customer Service.

FAHR also received three individual professional awards presented to Asem Al Awadhi, Director of Digital Transformation at FAHR. These included the Most Innovative Executive in Human Resources, Most Innovative Technology Leader of the Year, and AI Leader of the Year awards, in recognition of his contributions to leading digital transformation initiatives, advancing innovation, and leveraging emerging technologies to develop the government human resources ecosystem.

FAHR stated that this achievement is the result of the collective efforts and collaboration of its teams, as well as the support of its strategic partners. It reflects the Authority’s commitment to continuously developing innovative solutions and practices that contribute to enhancing institutional performance and the quality of government services, while strengthening its ability to respond to changing requirements and the evolving needs of future government work.

This achievement adds to the series of successes FAHR has achieved at both the regional and global levels, reaffirming its position as a leading government entity in developing government human capital, advancing innovation, and leveraging advanced technologies and artificial intelligence to create sustainable value that supports the competitiveness of the government sector and the sustainability of its achievements.
