UAE Takes Part in the 120th ARADO Executive Council Meeting in Morocco
The Government of the United Arab Emirates participated in the 120th edition of the Executive Council of the Arab Administrative Development Organization (ARADO), which concluded yesterday at the organization’s headquarters in Rabat, Morocco. The meeting, held over three days, brought together ministers and senior officials responsible for civil service and administrative development in member states.
The UAE was represented by a delegation from the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), headed by His Excellency Faisal bin Buti Al Mheiri, Director General of the FAHR.
The UAE’s participation underscored its commitment to strengthening joint Arab action in priority areas related to enhancing human resources efficiency and developing administrative competencies both in the UAE and across the Arab region. It also aimed to promote the exchange of best practices and experiences in developing government talents and competencies, in line with the rapid global transformations in the work environment and future requirements, within the framework of the organization’s strategic plan.
During the meeting, members of the Executive Council discussed several key topics, including the follow-up on the implementation of previous resolutions and the assessment of progress in executing the strategic plan. The council also reviewed innovative initiatives and practices in administrative efficiency and human resources across Arab countries, reflecting its commitment to continuous development, institutional capacity-building, and empowering future leaders to drive organizational transformation.
