Friday, 5 September, Holiday for Prophet’s Birthday in the Federal Government

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources has issued a circular to all ministries and federal entities regarding the holiday of the Prophet’s Birthday in the Federal Government for the year 1447 AH.

The circular stated: “Based on the Cabinet Resolution concerning the approved official holidays calendar for both the public and private sectors in the UAE for the year 2024, and in line with the directives issued in this regard, it has been decided that the holiday of the Prophet’s Birthday will fall on Friday, 5 September 2025.”

On this occasion, the Authority extended its warmest congratulations to the leadership, government, and people of the United Arab Emirates, as well as to the Arab and Islamic nations, praying to Almighty Allah to bless them with health and wellness.
