Human Resources Club Discusses the Importance of Data in Shaping HR Trends

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) recently concluded the third forum of the Human Resources Club for the year 2025. This event, held as part of the Authority’s strategic initiatives, was titled: “Data and Future HR Trends.” The forum, organized virtually in collaboration with Oracle, attracted around 500 members, including federal government employees, specialists, and interested professionals from various sectors.

The session featured insightful presentations by Maysa Al Muhtar, Human Resources Leader at Oracle UAE, and Iman Naseef, Human Resources Applications Consultant at Oracle. The discussions addressed the role of data in enhancing recruitment processes, talent retention, and workforce planning; the role of artificial intelligence in predictive analytics of workforce trends; and how to build a data-driven culture within HR and leadership teams. It also discussed the impact of remote and hybrid work models on HR analytics, and strategies for aligning HR data insights with business objectives.
