UAE Participates in the 23rd Meeting of Directors of Public Administration Institutes in GCC Countries, Held in Kuwait

The United Arab Emirates, represented by the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), took part in the 23rd meeting of Their Excellencies the Directors General of Public Administration Institutes in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, hosted by the State of Kuwait. The meeting focused on strengthening joint Gulf cooperation in various areas of administrative excellence and the development of government human capital.

The UAE delegation was headed by His Excellency Faisal Binbuti Al Mheiri, Director General of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, accompanied by His Excellency Ibrahim Ahmed Fikri, Executive Director of Support Services at the FAHR.

During the meeting, participants reviewed a number of innovative initiatives, best practices, and successful experiences in administrative efficiency and human resources management across GCC countries, all aimed at empowering and advancing national talent.

As part of the proceedings, the outcomes of initiatives presented by member states were discussed, including the UAE’s initiative “Innovative Training Solutions”.  The meeting also reviewed the new work plan for the upcoming session, with the goal of furthering Gulf integration and fostering knowledge exchange in the fields of public administration and human capital development.

His Excellency Faisal Binbuti Al Mheiri affirmed that the UAE spares no effort in empowering and developing its government human resources and talent, while anticipating future needs through the adoption of advanced systems, innovative practices, and AI-enhanced digital solutions – all in line with the country’s ambitious vision to serve the UAE community.

He added that the UAE Government has successfully established a flexible, intelligent, and proactive work ecosystem, positioning the nation as a global leader across multiple fields, particularly in programs dedicated to developing and empowering national cadres.

The meeting concluded with an emphasis on strengthening cooperation and partnerships among GCC countries in related domains, while promoting knowledge exchange and mutual expertise across member states.
