FAHR held the HR Accelerators Forum to Eliminate Bureaucracy

The session, held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Dubai, was attended by His Excellency Faisal Binbuti AL Mheiri, Director General of FAHR, and His Excellency Mohammed bin Taliah, Head of Government Services for the UAE Government. Also present were a number of distinguished officials, HR leaders, and staff members representing various federal ministries and entities, alongside the Zero Bureaucracy Taskforce from the Prime Minister’s Office, as well as senior leadership and employees of FAHR.

An Interactive Lab to Enhance User Experience

In his opening remarks, H.E. Faisal Al Mheiri emphasized the significance of the session as a practical and interactive laboratory for generating forward-thinking ideas and constructive proposals to support the Zero Bureaucracy initiative within the HR sector. He described the session as a genuine opportunity to engage stakeholders and end-users of HR procedures and digital systems applied across the federal government, while also gathering valuable insights and developmental suggestions.

He further noted that this initiative falls in line with FAHR’s continuous efforts to enhance government service delivery from the user’s point of view, aligning with the UAE Government’s strategy to eliminate bureaucracy, simplify procedures, and reduce administrative burdens.

The session featured five brainstorming groups, where participants collaborated to reimagine the delivery of proactive services by FAHR. Discussions also focused on simplifying federal HR processes and digital platforms, assessing their impact across government, eliminating all document requirements for employees by leveraging data integration and automated data retrieval, and ultimately enhancing the end-user experience.
