Dubai to host SHRM Conference on September 16
The Society for Human Resource Management Middle East & North Africa (SHRM MENA), under the patronage of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), announces the SHRM MENA Annual Conference & Expo 2025, taking place from 16–18 September at the Madinat Jumeirah Conference Centre, Dubai.
This year’s theme, “Shape the Future of Work: People, Purpose, Possibility,” places people centric innovation and organizational purpose at the heart of business transformation.
The Conference will be opened by Her Excellency Ohood bint Khalfan Al Roumi, Minister of State for Government Development and the Future in the UAE Government. The event will also bring together a diverse set of industry experts and government dignitaries.
This three-day experience will gather over 3,500 HR and business leaders from public and private sectors across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe, and beyond. Attendees will include C-level executives, HR strategists, government officials, academics, entrepreneurs, and changemakers, all united by a common goal: to reimagine work in a rapidly evolving world.
