The Federal Authority for Human Resources activates the feature of Signing Documents using the UAE Pass

Asa part of its continuous efforts in the field of automation and simplificationof procedures, by taking advantage of the latest developments and ongoingdigital and technological solutions, the Federal Authority for Government HumanResources (FAHR) has marked a new achievement, serving its smart goals. FAHRhas announced the activation of the UAE Pass-based e-signature system, incooperation with the UAE Pass, which will be applicable to ministries andfederal government entities.

Thanksto this achievement, all ministries and federal government entities can nowbegin implementing the e-signature feature for all procedures and decisions inthe Human Resources Information Management System for the Federal Government(Bayanati). The new system will redirect users to the UAE Pass app allowingthem to sign any relevant documents, while ensuring the highest levels of dataand privacy and protection.

Thisproject exemplifies the authority’s keenness to develop the federal governmentwork systems and tools, streamline procedures, in line with the directives ofthe UAE’s wise leadership to digitize government services, adopt smart systemsand improve and enrich customer experiences.

Wealso express our appreciation for the efforts of strategic partners that helpedmake this project a success, including the Telecommunications and DigitalGovernment Regulatory Authority (TDRA), Dubai Digital Authority, and theFederal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security.
