Auctions and Tenders:

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources periodically publish tenders and auctions through government procurement on the Ministry of Finance website.

It includes all the federal entities and ministries of the UAE, and suppliers can view and take part in these tenders and auctions by subscribing to this system through the website of the government procurement. To access the website, suppliers must register in the suppliers register.

How to Participate in the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources Tenders

Participation in tenders is carried out through the Digital Procurement Platform, developed by the Ministry of Finance to embody the UAE Government’s vision for digital transformation in the procurement sector and the initiatives aimed at eliminating bureaucracy.

The platform provides a unified and user-friendly interface that connects suppliers with federal entities. Through the platform, suppliers can complete all processes electronically — from participating in announced tenders to creating and approving invoices for payment — with the ability to track order statuses in real time via the website or mobile application.
