The Authority Honors Winners of the “Zero Bureaucracy Competition” at the Federal Government Level

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has recognized the winners of the “Zero Bureaucracy Competition”, launched in July of this year. The initiative aimed to streamline government procedures, Zero Bureaucracy inefficiencies, and enhance the overall quality and efficiency of services within the federal government. This effort is part of the FAHR’s continued commitment to building a proactive human resources framework that aligns with the UAE Government’s vision for a more agile and effective governance model.

During the award ceremony, the FAHR announced the top 10 developmental proposals, selected from over 1,400 submissions by employees of federal entities. These proposals were identified as the most impactful in reducing administrative burdens, eliminating unnecessary requirements, and enhancing the experience of both employees and customers through the adoption of innovative, technology-driven solutions and system integration.
The FAHR highlighted that the winning proposals originated from six different federal entities, showcasing a remarkable level of innovation and a genuine commitment to advancing government operations. It emphasized that the submitted ideas reflect a strong understanding of the need for continuous development, system integration, and the use of digital solutions to ensure both efficiency and ease in service delivery.
The FAHR also praised the contributions of all participants in the competition, commending the high-quality ideas that are expected to have a significant and lasting impact on improving the government work environment, as well as the quality of processes and services offered to both employees and the public.
In addition, the FAHR honored its own staff who have played a key role in the government’s efforts to zero bureaucracy, along with the members of the teams and committees dedicated to driving these efforts within the Authority.
