The “Authority” Introduces the “HR AI Agent” and “Jahiz” at GITEX Global 2025
During its participation in GITEX Global 2025 in Dubai, the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) showcased a range of innovative AI-enabled projects and initiatives that it has developed as part of its efforts to build an integrated smart human resources system. These initiatives reflect the FAHR’s vision and priorities, which focus on developing national talent, enhancing their readiness, and establishing future-oriented work frameworks that leverage artificial intelligence to improve the efficiency of the UAE’s human resources system.
His Excellency Faisal binbuti Al Mheiri, Director General of the FAHR, emphasized that GITEX Global 2025 provides an ideal platform to introduce the UAE government’s digital and AI-enhanced achievements, translating the leadership’s guidance to foster a culture of innovation and adopt AI in government work. He noted that the Authority’s projects aim to support government efforts to accelerate the elimination of bureaucracy, improve the experience of national cadres, and equip them with future-ready tools.
Al Mheiri added: “At FAHR, we believe that investing in smart solutions and artificial intelligence is a fundamental pillar for advancing the government human resources system and enhancing its efficiency and sustainability. Both the Jahiz platform, which strengthens the readiness of government employees for the future, and HR AI Agent reflect our commitment to preparing a government workforce ready for the future, serving as a key driver of the UAE’s development and progress”.
HR AI Agent and Jahiz
At GITEX, the FAHR presented the HR AI Agent, an intelligent system that delivers HR services autonomously and efficiently without direct human intervention. The system supports government efforts to eliminate bureaucracy by providing more than 108 digital services and handling approximately 80% of employee inquiries.
The FAHR also introduced the Jahiz platform, one of its leading transformative initiatives aimed at developing the skills of federal government employees and enhancing their readiness for future competencies through an interactive, integrated smart platform.
Strategic Partnerships to Advance AI Deployment
Meanwhile, during the exhibition, the FAHR signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Core42, a digital transformation company, to strengthen collaboration in deploying AI solutions to develop the Authority’s operational system. Several additional strategic partnerships were also established, in line with the federal government’s vision of building a more efficient and innovative government work model.
