FAHR reviews the features of the Federal Learning and Training System

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) held a brainstorming session to review the most prominent features of the learning and training system at the federal government level, and how to upgrade it, in line with the strategies of the federal government and the country’s aspirations towards developing government talents and equipping them with future skills.

FAHR reviews the features of the Federal Learning and Training System

The session, which was held in the Government Accelerators Hall in Dubai, was chaired by Her Excellency Laila Obaid Al Suwaidi, Director General of FAHR, with the participation of many of FAHR’s executives and employees, along with some members of the Advisory Council for Human Resources, specialists and representatives of ministries and federal entities.

The participants reviewed the human resources systems and policies related to learning and training, and set their visions for developing them in line with the new trends related to the growth and development of human capital, enhancing the future skills of federal government employees, establishing a culture of continuous learning, and developing work systems, to be more successful and pioneering, in accordance with the vision “We the UAE 2031”.
