How should I use keywords?

Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

You can refine your search by adding other keywords to your search or by using the handy keyword tool that can filter your results to make them more accurately reflect the information you are looking for. FAHR participates in a seminar on the impact of Bullying on Society

Recently, FAHR participated in a youth seminar entitled "Does bullying have an impact on our society?", which was organized by the Abu Dhabi Police Youth Council "Future Security Pioneers", in collaboration with the FAHR, and with the participation of legal advisors and social researchers.

FAHR’s team participating in the seminar consisted of Meitha Kolthoum, Director of the Strategy and Future Department and Head of the Authority’s Youth Team, Amna Al Mandous, Director of the Policy and Legal Affairs Department, Moza Bushlaibi, Head of the Legal Consultation Department, and Mahra Ismail, Senior Administrator of Strategic Planning.

FAHR team stressed that the UAE government has developed an integrated legislative system that guarantees addressing any negative behavior, including the phenomenon of bullying, indicating that the legislator has allowed the federal government employee the right to report any situation or abuse he is exposed, to the Human Resources Department in his workplace, or his line manager to take the necessary measures.

He stated that the federal government has an advanced digital system that enables the employee to submit any complaint, in a timely manner and according to specific mechanisms, and through digital channels and smart applications. He emphasized that the FAHR has made sure to set clear grievances procedures for employees, starting with the Human Resources Department, passing through the Grievances Committee, and ending with the Committee for Objections, which guarantees the preservation of the employee's rights and gains.

He pointed out that the FAHR launched many programs and initiatives at the level of the federal government in order to create a stimulating and ideal work environment in the ministries and federal entities, including but not limited to: the psychological and moral support and support program for federal government employees “Hayat”, the guideline for well-being at work in the federal government, and the guide for occupational health and safety in the work environment in the federal government.

Participants in the Youth seminar stressed that combating bullying is a social responsibility that rests with everyone and requires the concerted efforts of various institutions and the media to combat this scourge that threatens the social.
