As part of its exceptional and
continuous efforts during the past two years, to limit the effects of (COVID-19)
pandemic at the Federal Government level, the Federal Authority for Government
Human Resources (FAHR), has recently launched the Ta'afi (Recovery) Initiative,
aimed at monitoring and follow-up on developments under COVID-19 in all
ministries and federal entities.
The monitoring process is enhanced by
linking the results of Al-Hosn application with the smart reporting system,
which is one of the vital electronic HR Systems under the umbrella of the
Federal Government's HR Management Information System "Bayanati".
Ta'afi (Recovery) comes as a
continuation of the series of tireless efforts made by the Authority at the Federal
Government level, since the start of the pandemic at the beginning of 2020, in
order, to safeguard the health and safety of employees of ministries and
federal entities, as well as members of
their families and customers, and to support the UAE Government's efforts to
contain the pandemic and undermine its repercussions on various business
sectors and aspects of life.
The initiative will enable ministries, federal entities and their HR
departments to make sound decisions regarding confronting COVID-19 pandemic, with
"Bayanati" System providing HR
departments with real-time data on employee vaccination rates, the number
of infected people, and those who are in contact with them at the same time,
the system will remind employees of the dates for receiving booster doses, and improvement
measures the authorities should take in light of any serious development.
The initiative is an information service through which the Authority aims to
keep the ministries and federal entities fully informed of COVID-19
developments in those authorities, and support them about decision-making and
proactive precautionary measures according to the real-time health data, which
is derived from the smart reporting system in "Bayanati" system from Al
Hosn App.
FAHR has successfully completed the Ta'afi (Recovery) Project in collaboration with
the National Authority for Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management, and the
Ministry of Health and Prevention, to be considered one of the vital strategic
projects that the UAE Government relies on to achieve sustainable community
recovery, and to continue the impressive progress made by the state in managing
and containing the pandemic.
