The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), recently received a delegation from the General Secretariat of the Federal National Council, which visited the Authority to review its pioneering experience in the management of its human capital, as well as to have a close look into the policies, regulations, best practices and human resources procedures, initiatives and projects launched at the Federal Government level.
In this context, HE Laila Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of Programs and HR Planning, said during the meeting that the visit comes within the framework of strengthening mutual cooperation and partnership between various government institutions, and as part of the ongoing efforts to exchange knowledge and experiences between them to enhance work system within the Federal Government.
The delegation got acquainted with many human resources policies and regulations implemented by the Authority at the Federal Government level as per the best global practices in this regard, such as the HR Law, HR Executive Regulations for Independent Federal Authorities, Balanced Scorecard, Gide to Knowledge Management, Guide to Talent Attraction and Retention, HR Management Information System (HRMIS)- BAYANATI, Performance Management System, Training & Development System, and Job Evaluation and Description System.
FNC's delegation included: HE Jassim Yousef Al Zaabi, Assistant Secretary General for Corporate and Support Services; Salim Ali Al Zaabi, Director of Human Resources; Qassim Ateeq Al Shehhi, Head of Training and Development; Maryam Abdullah Al Ali, Head of Human Resources Planning; and Al Anoud Nasser Al Khalidi, Head of Human Resource Affairs.
