His Excellency Dr. Ahmed bin Abdullah Hamid Belhoul Al Falasi, Minister of State for Higher Education and Advanced Skills, Chairman of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, stressed that the UAE’s interest in human capital began with the inception of the Union, and continued by our wise leadership, led by His Highness President Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, his brother His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and their brother His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Forces Armed.
HE praised the great support and interest of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Federal Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, in human resources in general and national cadres in particular, out of his firm belief in the importance of investing in human element as the backbone of the country’s sustainable development.
Dr. Al Falasi was making the above remarks in a speech delivered during his participation in the Sixth Sharjah Human Resources Conference, which is sponsored by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Federal Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, and held by the Human Resources Department of Sharjah Government on February 19 and 20.
The conference addressed 4 themes: Future and Sustainability of Human Resources, the Impact of Globalization on Human Resource and Social Life, Human Resource in Light of Digital Economic Development, and Innovation, Knowledge and Foresight into the Future of Coming Generations.
The experts and specialists in the field of human resources discussed a number of topics related to the future of human resources, in light of the challenges ahead, the impact of globalization on human resource and social life and how to maintain the sustainability of human resources.
On the sidelines of the Conference, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, honored His Excellency Ahmed bin Abdullah Hamid Belhoul Al Falasi, Minister of State for Higher Education and Advanced Skills, Chairman of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, for his participation in the conference. He also honored His Excellency Dr. Abdulrahman Abdul Manan Al-Awar, Director General of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, who was attending on behalf of the Authority as a strategic partner of Sharjah Government Human Resources Department, and a key supporter for the conference.
