How should I use keywords?

Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

Refine search results?

If you find that your search has returned too many results you might want to consider refining your search. You can refine your search by adding other keywords to your search or by using the handy keyword tool that can filter your results to make them more accurately reflect the information you are looking for. The filters can be found to the top of your results.

DGHR reviews FAHR’s Initiatives and Efforts

H.E Laila Obaid Al Suwaidi, Acting Director General of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), welcomed H.E Abdullah bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of Dubai Government Human Resources (DGHR) Department, along with several Department officials. The delegation visited FAHR as part of the knowledge exchange program and sharing the best experiences and successful practices in the field of human capital management and development and to discuss prospects for cooperation to enhance the government human resources system.

The visiting delegation listened to an explanation by H.E Laila Al-Suwaidi and the Authority’s team about the human resources strategy in the federal government, and the key regulations, legislation and initiatives, as well as the Authority’s efforts to activate smart transformation and automation of human resources systems and procedures and enhance the skills of employees of ministries and federal entities, through innovative initiatives in terms of training and continuous learning.

H.E Laila Al-Suwaidi stressed the importance of such visits in exchanging knowledge between the federal government and local governments, in a manner that serves the State’s directions and achieves the aspirations of its wise leadership towards strengthening its leading global position and competitiveness in various fields.

“We are specially focusing on human capital development and empowerment, and fully prepared to convey the Authority’s experiences and expertise to advance the government human resources system, and enhance the government work environment, to be happier and more productive”, she said.

For his part, H.E Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of DGHR, affirmed the department’s keenness to maintain continuous communication with the concerned human resources authorities in the UAE, whether federal or local, and to exchange experiences and knowledge to serve the national human resources, upgrading their competencies, to lead future government action.

He said: "DGHR conducts it activities in line with the wise leadership’s vision regarding the development of government work system. The department is also highly concerned about enhancing the HR status and prepare leaders capable of keeping pace with the rapid developments government work, benefiting from the results of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and artificial intelligence to promote government human resources”.

The DGHR delegation, along with H.E. Laila Al Suwaidi, was received by H.E. Aisha Khalifa Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of the Human Resources Policies Sector, H.E. Ibrahim Fikri, Executive Director of Support Services Sector, and Mahmood Al Marzooqi, Director of Government Communication Department.

Besides its Director General, H.E Abdullah bin Zayed Al Falasi, the   DGHR’s delegation included, Eman Saleh bin Khatam, Director of   Policies and Program Support Department, Issa bin Natouf, Director of Insurance Affairs Department, Juma Al Mutawa, Director of Legal Affairs Office, and Rashid Al Bedaiwi, Director of Corporate Communication Department.
