How should I use keywords?

Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

Refine search results?

If you find that your search has returned too many results you might want to consider refining your search. You can refine your search by adding other keywords to your search or by using the handy keyword tool that can filter your results to make them more accurately reflect the information you are looking for. The filters can be found to the top of your results.

FAHR holds Monthly Iftar Gathering, honors Outstanding Employees and Teams

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) recently organized for its employees in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai, the 5th Iftar Gathering 2016, an event that has become an ongoing ceremony held by the Authority and a perfect opportunity that brings together employees and leadership, to review the latest developments, achievements, projects and future plans in a friendly atmosphere.

Recognition under Incentive & Reward System

At the outset of the ceremony, HE Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, Director General of FAHR honored outstanding employees under Incentive & Reward System applied in the federal government for the month of April. The honorees were: Samer Rahah, Fatima Abdullah, Amkar Vasant (exceptional employee category); and Wafa Amiri, Khalid Battosh and Aya Abu Raad (‘Testahal” category).

‘My Gov’ Portal

Dr. Abdulrahman also recognized some employees who presented useful suggestions to FAHR under ‘My Gov’ Portal, namely, Abdullah Al Shamsi for his proposal to organize a charity auction for the Authority staff to allocate the proceeds to charity purposed in the state; Mona Jallaf for suggesting special funding of Umrah expenses for service and support staff category in FAHR; Aya Abu Raad for her proposal to integrate employees in the work environment by sending awareness and educational emails to them at the start of every work day, and Akram Madkoor, who proposed  "Hayyak" service provided by the Authority for the federal government employees through the HR Management Information System in the federal government “BAYANATI”, and aims to raise their satisfaction with the services provided by the Authority through the system.

Recognition was extended to a number of the Authority’s working teams set up to oversee some vital initiatives launched recently, including competency-based framework, HR indicators dashboard and Balanced Scorecard indicators in the federal government, BAYANATI joint projects, and federal government job evaluation and job description.

Recognizing “Maqassert” E-Card Winners

HE also honored the employees, who proved to be most interactive in sharing ‘Maqassert’ electronic card during April, 2016: Amna Abdouli, Zainab Al Khalaf and Hassa Al Qaidi.

Community initiatives 2016

Mahmoud Al Marzouki, Director of Government Communication in the Authority made a presentation on community-based initiatives launched by FAHR or in which it participated since the beginning of the year until mid-May last year. He thanked FAHR employees for much appreciated contribution and sense of social responsibility towards the initiatives.

He pointed out that FAHR has launched and participated in many community-based initiatives that benefit the UAE society, including a visit to  archaeological sites in Umm Al Quwain, a voluntary campaign organized by Noor Dubai Foundation for eye test in Ajman, “Contribute in their Education” campaign within FAHR’s efforts to support the National Reading  Day, as well as celebrations of International Women's Day, Mother's Day, International Day of Happiness, and World Health Day, the International Workers’ Day,  and finally, Ramadan Umrah campaign recently launched to assist service and support employees of FAHR with expenses to perform Umrah
