Ministerial Development Council discusses federal entities’ performance in the field of human resources

In a meeting held on Sunday, May 22, at the Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi, the Ministerial Development Council chaired by His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs and Chairman of the Ministerial Development Council, discussed the results of the annual report on the performance of federal entities in the field of human resources for 2015.

The Council reviewed the report submitted by the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), on the results of the performance of the ministries and federal bodies during 2015, according to the strategic HR plan in the federal government 2014 - 2016, based on balanced scorecard standards.

The report included a review of performance of ministries and federal entities until the end of December 2015, according to a measurement approach based on several themes, including operations, customer focus, financial implications, and learning and growth. The report focused on results in the area of ​​Emiratization and compliance with regulations and legislation, as well as results achieved in training, job evaluation, employee productivity, manpower planning, manpower cost, incentives system, job satisfaction and job rotation

It is worth noticing that the report was based on data from BAYANATY system launched by the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, and resource reporting systems issued by the Authority.
