The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) organized it monthly breakfast gathering for its employees in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, an occasion that provides a perfect opportunity for bringing together employees and leadership, to review the latest developments, achievements, projects and future plans. The event was attended by HE Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, Director General of FAHR, along with directors of the sectors and departments and employees of FAHR.
Welcoming New Staff
The Director General welcomed the new employees: Zayed Al Badani, Taser Al Muhairi, an Maysour Brakash, wising them personal and professional success in their new jobs.
Honoring "Testahal" Employees
HE also recognized the Outstanding Employees for the month of February 2015, under ‘Testahal’ Program. The honorees were: Nada Mubarak and Omer Al Buloshi (All-round employee category); and Muneer Fathi (Specialized employee category).
Develop with Us
HE Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar also honored employee Ashraf Amayra, strategic planning and organizational excellence expert at the Department of Strategic Planning & Organizational Excellence, for his proposal “The annual report on the outcome of human resources in the federal entities”, under “Develop with Us” scheme.
The event also featured honoring the employees who received the largest number of “Maqassert” e-cards during Februart: Dalmouk Al Muhairi, leadership and supervisory category, and Fatma Al Mas, executive and specialist category.

Laila Al Suwaidi, Acting Executive Director of Programs & HR Planning Sector, Director of Strategic Planning & Organizational Excellence, highlighted the latest developments in relation to suggestions submitted to "My Government” Portal, saying that the portal “has received 14 internal proposals during February, and 25 external proposals during the same period, 16 of which proved to be useful”.
