In the meantime, more than 72 thousand phones and emails for Federal Government employees have been connected with BAYANATI System

“Federal Government employees have successfully perfumed nearly 38,000 HR transactions in their ministries and federal bodies using self-service system provided through BAYANATI System during the first quarter 2015. The system has been enabled so far in 14 ministries and 16 independent federal authorities”, the statement added.

37 thousand mobile phone numbers in "BAYANATI" System

According to Klaitham Al Shamsi, Director of HR Management Information System at FAHR, phone numbers for over 37 thousand employees in 19 ministries and federal entities operating the system, out of 55 thousand, have been included in BAYANATI System, out of 55 thousand employees. Al Shamsi said: "More than 500 thousand e-mail messages were sent during the month of April as part of the alerts project which was launched by FAHR early last year. The email alerts to employees address a variety of issues, including awareness about how to deal with the HR systems applied in ministries and federal entities such as Performance Management and Training & Development systems; and reminders regarding attendance of events and activities organized by the Authority on a regular basis”.

She confirmed that 36% of ID information of employees working in federal government entities had been successfully entered into BAYANATI System by April, 2015, as part of a project to complete the federal government employees data on the system, in order to ensure the availability of basic data relating to the workforce of ministries and federal bodies such as ID, passport and residence for non-national staff.

“FAHR has activated statistical reporting system in 35 federal entities, allowing these entities to use the system more than 3,600 times during the first four months of 2015, with the General Authority for Islamic Affairs & Endowments topping the list (463 transactions), followed by the Ministry of Finance (403)”,  she said.
