His Excellency Humaid Mohamed Al Qatami Minister of Education has issued, in his capacity as chairman of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, a circular announcing that all federal ministries and institutions will observe Thursday, November 15, 2012 as an official holiday to mark the new Hijri Year 1434. Normal office hours will resume on Sunday 18 November.

The minister seized the glorious occasion to send best wishes and congratulations to President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan , His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice - President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai and Their Highnesses Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates, wishing their highnesses happiness, health and prosperity. He also extended his congratulations to the people of the UAE and the Arab and Islamic countries on this happy occasion.
