How should I use keywords?

Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

Refine search results?

If you find that your search has returned too many results you might want to consider refining your search. You can refine your search by adding other keywords to your search or by using the handy keyword tool that can filter your results to make them more accurately reflect the information you are looking for. The filters can be found to the top of your results.

A delegation from Dubai Courts visits FAHR to review its HR policies and systems

A delegation from Dubai Courts, recently visited Dubai headquarters, to review the most important human resources policies, legislation and systems developed and launched by the Authority at the Federal Government level, in order to develop and empower human capital in ministries and federal entities.

The delegation was received by HE Aisha Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of Human Resources Policies Sector, who welcomed the visitors and commended Dubai Courts for sharing experiences, best practices and expertize in the development of government human resources with the Authority, stressing that would significantly support the efforts and aspirations of our leadership to enhance the government system and consolidate the UAE’s global leadership in this regard.

 

Aisha Al Suwaidi spoke about Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Award for Best Academic Research in Human Resources, which was launched earlier this year under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs. The Award targets the academic staff, students at universities and higher education institutions in UAE offering disciplines related to the Award, she said.

 

She said: “As one of the innovative strategic initiatives of the Authority, the Award aims to enrich the human resources strategy in the Federal Government, contribute to studying the reality of human resources and shaping its future, as well as help identify the most important challenges facing them in the work environment. It also contributes to realizing the aspirations of the UAE's wise leadership.”

 

Dubai Courts delegation was briefed on some aspects of human resources policies prepared by the Authority, including succession planning, attendance and departure system, recruitment and selection, and telecommuting. The visiting delegation was also familiarizes with employee wellness initiatives applied by the Authority, to increase workplace happiness and job satisfaction.

 

Along with HE Aisha Al Suwaidi, the delegation was welcomed by Zayed Al Qahtani, Director of Performance Appraisal and Follow-up Department,  Hamad Bu Amim, Director of Policies and Legal Affairs, Lulua Al-Marzouki, Director of Human Resources Planning and Omar Al-Balushi, Chief Executive Officer, Corporate Performance Department.

 

The delegation included Aisha Al Ali, Head of Organizational Development, Fatima Ahli, Human Resources Specialist, Ohoud Al Falasi, Human Resources Specialist, Sara Al Rumaithi, Human Resources Officer, and Fatima Al Madani, Knowledge Officer.
