In the light of the strategic orientation of the United Arab Emirates todevelop and upgrade National Human Resources which comes on toppriority in accordance with the bet International practices andstandards, hence The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources was established in the wake of the issuance of the FederalLaw Decree (11) for the year 2008 regarding Government Human Resources which in turn revoked the previous bodies (Council for CivilService and Chamber of Civil Service) and all laws and regulationsthereof.

The Authority assumed its work in methodological and modern styledepending on laying down strategic plans and programs whichguarantee making the works of Government Human Resources agrand success at Ministries, Corporations and Federal Authorities,accordingly the organizational structure of the Federal Authority froGovernment Human Resources was approved
