There are four strategic objectives the Federal Government Human Resources seeks to achieve during the next three years, from 2011 - 2013, as part of its endeavors to realize its aspirations .

The four objectives are: strengthening the capacity of employees and develop their skills in the Federal Government; attracting,  motivating and retaining qualified human resources in targeted jobs of the Federal Government sector; developing HR policies,  programs and regulations iat the Federal Government level; ensuring that all central services are being rendered according to standards of quality, efficiency and transparency. These objectives encompass dozens of projects and initiatives .
