Strategic Workforce Planning
Strategic Workforce Planning introduced by FAHR and approved by UAE Federal legislative council. This document provides the detail instructions on how to use “Strategic Workforce Planning” system. Strategic workforce planning is the process of strategically growing or altering the workforce to meet the government's changing needs in uncertain and volatile socio-political business environment. Strategic Workforce Planning (SWFP) uses fact-based evidence to assess objectively the job roles, the required number of employees and their capabilities to deliver current and future strategic goals and objectives. The steps mentioned in this document will be applicable to both Ministry’s Users and Central/FG Users. All reports output will be generated in Excel format by default.
