The unified data warehouse was launched ,by FAHR, along with the first release of the Federal Government Statistical Report on December 2012.

The “discoverer” statistical reporting system is a tool to collect and visualize all the HRMS data

The BI system was launched by FAHR in 2014, and it was built on top of its HRMS (Bayanati) to support the federal government requirements.

FAHR BI system provides all the ministries and the federal government with advanced, high level, intelligent statistical reports

The objective of introducing a learning and development policy is to provide the framework for comprehensive development opportunities for all employees within the UAE Federal Government.
