Performance Management
The Performance Management is the resulting outcome that the government seeks to achieve through driving its employees to comply with the objectives and methods in place. However, the performance itself is not the main objective but rather the mean through which a goal can be reached, which is the desired “result” or outcome. From this point of view, the performance is considered as the practical application of all the planning phases set by the federal entity. The system was launched in 2012 and it was converted to the electronic system in 2014
