The Ministerial Services Council under the chairmanship of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, recently took note of a memorandum submitted by HE Hussein bin Ibrahim Al Hammadi, Minister of Education and Chairman of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR).
The memorandum contained a report on the results of the implementation of Performance Management System for Federal Government for the year 2013. The outcome reveal that 1,425 Federal Government employees have attained ratings that significantly exceed expectations, 1,198 of them in federal ministries, and 227 in independent federal authorities, 69% of them technical staff and 31% administrative.

Ceremony to honor Achievers on October 22 in Abu Dhabi
This comes ahead of preparations currently under way to organize a ceremony to recognize the outstanding Federal Government employees based on the results of Performance Management System, for 2013, on Oct. 22 under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, and a number of Their Highnesses, Excellencies and high-profile officials.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, sponsored last year, in close follow-up by His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, a ceremony honor some 650 federal employees who had demonstrated outstanding achievement according to the results and standards of Performance Management System for Federal Government employees. Their Highnesses directed that the event be organized every year, which confirms the importance of the Performance Management System as an initiative that would contribute to realizing the aspirations of the government and our prudent leadership.
