The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) urged in circular recently released, all the ministries and federal bodies wishing to execute contracts with UAE national high school graduates under "Masar" Program, to complete the procedures for obtaining electronic approvals through "Itimad" service before signing such contracts.
FAHR explained in its circular that the ministries and federal agencies operating the Human Resources Management Information System "BAYANATI" can obtain electronic approvals through "Itimad" service using the service screen available within BAYANATI system, while federal authorities not operating the system have to get electronic approvals for candidates nominated to join "Masar" Program through the website of Itimad electronic approvals service.
Masar Program, launched by FAHR in 2011 according to the Council of Ministers’ Resolution No. 31 for the year 2010, aims at attracting and sponsoring UAE National high school leavers who wish to acquire higher qualifications and take up civil jobs in the Federal Government sector.
The Program allows the ministries and federal authorities to sponsor high school graduates or equivalent so that they can study professional and technical disciplines leading to obtaining academic qualifications from higher education institutions within the UAE that meet the actual needs of these authorities. The entity to which the student is deputed shall appoint him within the next three months of obtaining the degree.
