How should I use keywords?

Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

FAHR links "BAYANATI" System to National ID Card Readers

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has announced that it is set to link the HR Management Information System “BAYANATI” applied in the Federal Government to national identity card readers during the current month, in order to provide a mechanism for entering the Federal Government employees’ personnel data registered on the national identity into BAYANATI system directly.

In this regard, Klaitham Al Shamsi, Director of HR Management Information System explained that the move was intended to ensure entering information relating to the Federal Government employees in an accurate and timely manner, as well as enable the HR departments in the ministries and federal agencies to make any changes in a safe, automatic and simple way. Moreover, the new arrangement will allow proper investment in the efforts and time of the employees, help improve the services supporting BAYANATI system through integration with other government systems. “The link will contribute to standardization of the data included in BAYANATI system with the data stored at the Federal Government systems, which would help in extracting accurate statistics to support the decision-makers”, she said.

She confirmed that BAYANATI system has been programmed to accept the data included in the national identity card so as to register new employee data, and update the data of employees already listed in the system. She pointed out that the ID card readers can read a number of data recorded in the ID cards such as personal details, ID details, as well as information relating to family, passport, contact, social affairs, work and qualifications.

Al Shamsi revealed that FAHR has received several requests from the ministries and federal bodies operating BAYANATI system for the provision of nearly 310 ID card readers, and that FAHR is currently working to procure these readers.

Director of HR Management Information System said that FAHR had recently held a series of workshops in the Ministry of Social Affairs in Dubai, to train a number of directors and staff of human resources departments in the ministries and federal authorities operating BAYANATI system, in order to acquaint them with the general objectives and mechanism of activating the project.
