966 of appointments in Federal Government Entities applying BAYANATI System during the first half of 2015

The Human Resource Statistical Bulletin in the Federal Government for the first half of 2015 issued by the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, revealed that the number of employees working for the Federal Government reached 94431, including 53646 in federal ministries and 40885 in independent authorities. The statistics also reveal that 58829 of employees were male (62%), compared to 35602 for females, or 58% of the total Federal Government employees.

According to the bulletin, which is one of the most important outcomes of the Human Resources Information Management System ‘BAYANATI’, 966 appointments were made within the ministries and federal entities operating BAYANATI System, during the first half of 2015, including 437 in Ministry of Health, 171 in Ministry of Interior, and 44 in Ministry of Social Affairs, and 38 in the National Transport Authority and Ministry of Justice collectively.

The Statistical Bulletin revealed that the number of promotions in these federal entities in the second quarter 2015, stood at 231, including 113 upgrades, 9 financial / exceptional, 100 financial and 9 exceptional promotions. It is worth mentioning that more than 77000 employees working in the ministries and federal bodies occupy basic jobs, while those hired to perform craft and assistance jobs amount to 17234.

 

According to the Bulletin, 185 employees have spent more than 40 years in service, 793 between 35 and 39 years, 1730 between 30 and 34 years, 3755 between 25 and 29 years, 7078 between 20 and 24 years, 11302 between 15 and 19 years, 14394 between 10 and 14 years, 22222 between 5 and 9 years, 20409 between 1and 4 years, and 8564 less than 1 year.

 

Statistics suggest that employees aged between 30 and 39 years outnumbered other groups, with a total of 34058, employees, followed by the age group 40 - 49 years, with 24567, while the age group 20 - 29 came in third place, with 16908, followed by age group 50 - 59 totaling 12656, while those over 70 years of age were 129 employees.

 

The number of employees who quit service in ministries and federal entities operating BAYANATI System, reached 274 during the second quarter 2015. The Ministry of Health topped the list with 113 employees leaving work, followed by the Ministry of Education with 44, and Ministry of Interior in third place with 25 employees.
