The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has taken part in Eid Gift Box Initiative, launched by Sharjah Social Empowerment Foundation on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, and aims to collect gifts, and other “Eideyat” that fill the hearts of orphans with joy. Participants would take boxes containing these gifts to be distributed to the needy on this blessed occasion.
Mr. Mahmoud Al Marzouki, Director of Government Communications at FAHR praised the employees of FAHR in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, for their large-scale participation in the campaign, pointing out that they have contributed to providing about 150 gift boxes full of a selection of gifts and treats treats for the children to enjoy. “The aim is put a smile on the faces of orphaned children sponsored by Sharjah Social Empowerment Foundation”, he said
He stressed that the participation of FAHR in this community-based initiative under the slogan “By filling the box with gifts, you are filling their Eid with joy’, stems from a deep sense of social responsibility, and keenness to abide by our Islamic and human values embodied in Eid al-Adha.
