Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

Performance Management System for the employees of Federal Government

Performance Management System:

It is a process through which performance of the employees are evaluated in comparison with the main objectives and indexes of the performance which is laid through partnership between the employee and his direct Supervisor for the period through which evaluation is made whereby it shall be determined in the beginning of evaluation period and subject to continuous updating during performance period and performance is dealt with as being practical translation for all stages of planning in the Government Authority and is not considered as an objective in itself but a means to achieve objective 'Result'.

The System prepared by the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources comes as a harmony with the modern Administrative concepts aimed to be applied by the Government and in execution of the text of the Federal Decree Law # 11 for the year 2008 regarding Human Resources in Federal Government.

The System is applied on all Federal Ministries and Authorities regarding the time and period of the Contract of the occupational degree with exception to the Members of Judiciary and the categories linked with service jobs.

Honoring the distinguished

Since the efficiency and excellence of the government's performance is the outcome of the efforts and dedications of its employees and loyal staff who are the pillars of the government and represents its solid foundation. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai honored about 650 employees of the distinguished federal government employees based on the results of the Performance Appraisal System 2012.
