   You will receive a notification from "Jahiz" on your official email containing your username and password details. Once received, you can sign in to the platform using your Emirates ID number in the username field. For example: 784-1982- *******-2, and the provided password.

2. Who can access "Jahiz"?

   All Federal Government employees.

3. What type of training programs does "Jahiz" provide?

   Virtual masterclasses and online modules.

4. Do I have to pay for the available training programs?

   All available modules are free.

5. How can I obtain the digital completion certificate?

   You can obtain the completion certificate after passing the quiz of each module.

6. What subjects are covered on "Jahiz"?

   Learning journeys are offered in four groups of future skill: digital skills, data and artificial intelligence skills, 10X skills, and new economy skills.

8. How can I obtain a Future Skills Wallet?

   Once you activate your registered account, your Future Skills Wallet will be on the Dashboard in the Achievemnets page where you can access it to download and share it with external parties.

9. How can I obtain my skill badges?

   After completing each skill within the learning journey, a skill 'badge' of achievement will be provided.

10. I tried to register but I did not receive a confirmation email? How can I complete the process?

11. What are the languages used in Jahiz?

    Arabic and English.

12. Can I watch the livestreaming of masterclasses at a later time?

    Yes, by selecting the same module you will be able to watch a the recorded masterclass anytime. All sessions are recorded and available in the digital library.

13. Is there a special user profile in which the completed modules are saved?

    Yes, each employee will have their own records in their respective account profile.
