The Federal Authority for Government
Human Resources (FAHR) spares no effort to create a positive and attractive
work environment in the Federal Government, in order to develop and motivate
the national human capital, as well as innovate human resources policies and
systems to match best global standards.
To realize this objective, the Authority always seeks to employ artificial
intelligence, implement proactive human resource solutions, innovative
initiatives, and creative ideas to improve the Federal Government work's work
system under the slogan of "We Invest in People."
For this purpose, we are preparing to
launch a new project that will enhance the employee's experience in the Federal
Government. The idea is to prepare a manual, to act as an important reference
for all Ministries and Federal entities, with regard to enhancing the
professional and personal experience of employees, and involving them more in
the work environment, which will reflect positively on their happiness and
productivity as well.
In preparation for the newly
introduced manual, a brainstorming session was held, in cooperation with
Kincentric, a company of Spencer Stewart, participating in preparing the manual,
with a number of human resources directors and officials in Ministries and Federal
entities.
We exchanged ideas, experiences,
viewpoints and proposals on the most important issues that would enrich the
employee's experience, since the manual will be fed with the outcomes of the
brainstorming sessions, and the views and aspirations of Federal Government
employees, taking advantage of the best global practices in this regard.
There is no doubt that the new
project will promote the position of the work environment in the Federal
Government, making it an attractive destination for talent from around the
world.
We aspire, through our innovative initiatives and projects in general, to realize
the aspirations and directives of the UAE's wise leadership towards developing
the government work system, based on an innovative method and the ten
principles of the United Arab Emirates for the next fifty years.
Our focus in the next stage is on maximizing
the achievements made by the country over the past years at various levels, in
order to enhance its global leadership among the world's developed countries,
especially in the field of developing human capital, which is considered a
major driver of comprehensive sustainable development.
