How should I use keywords?

Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

Refine search results?

If you find that your search has returned too many results you might want to consider refining your search. You can refine your search by adding other keywords to your search or by using the handy keyword tool that can filter your results to make them more accurately reflect the information you are looking for. The filters can be found to the top of your results.

Emirates Islamic Bank sponsors HR Club in 2017

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has recently signed a memorandum of understanding with Emirates Islamic Bank, one of the leading Islamic financial institutions in the UAE. Under the MoU, the latter will sponsor the activities of the HR Club, which is among the vital strategic initiatives of the Authority during 2017, for the second consecutive year.

The MoU was signed by HE Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, Director General of the Authority, and Farid Al Mulla, Head of Branches and Distribution, Emirates Islamic Bank, on the side-lines of the HR Club Forum recently held in Dubai, in the presence of representatives of both sides.

In this regard, HE Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar stressed the importance of the Memorandum of Understanding, as it embodies a true example of partnership between the public and private sectors and reflects the keenness of the Emirates Islamic to fulfil its responsibility towards the community and its clients, as well as develop and empower human capital in the Federal Government to achieve the aspirations of the UAE's wise leadership.

HE said: "The Human Resources Club, is one of these major initiatives, launched in 2010, with the objective of developing and empowering human capital, and to provide a platform that brings together human resource professionals and practitioners in the public and private sectors under one umbrella, to exchange knowledge, ideas, experiences and solutions that would enhance the employee competencies and promote the role of human resource departments in order to bring about the desired change’’.

He thanked Emirates Islamic Bank for its support and sponsorship of the HR Club, stressing the importance of this kind of partnerships in enhancing public-private cooperation in the country. He called on all private sector institutions to shoulder their social responsibility, especially in the area of human capital development.

Jamal Bin Ghalaita, Chief Executive Officer of Emirates Islamic Bank said: "As a leading national bank in the UAE, we are pleased to partner with the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources in its efforts to provide professionals and stakeholders with a unique platform to share experiences and latest studies related to human resource. This partnership is in line with our ongoing endeavour to support government initiatives, and strength cooperation and partnership between the two sectors".

For his part, Ahmed Al Muhairi, Director of Projects and Programs at the Authority, said that the HR Club, with its membership that has grown to over 12 thousand, is one of the most important strategic initiatives of the Authority. It is an interactive platform and an intellectual and knowledge channel that brings HR professionals and those interested in the field across the government sectors - federal and local. – as wqell as the private sector under one roof to share experiences, and solutions that enhance the roles assigned to human resources departments, and other relevant units concerned with human capital development.
