The Federal Human Resources Authority issued a special circular announcing Eid Al Fitr holiday in the Federal Government for 1438H.
The circular, based on the Federal Government's Human Resources Law and its Executive Regulations, states that if Eid falls on Sunday, June 25, 2017, the holiday will be from Saturday, 29 Ramadan, corresponding to 24 June to Tuesday, 27 June, and work will resume on Wednesday 28.
If Eid falls on Monday, the federal entities will remain closed from Saturday, 29 Ramadan, corresponding to 24 June, to Thursday, June 29, to resume work on Sunday, July 2.
The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, took the opportunity to greet the President, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and their Highnesses, the Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the emirates on the occasion, wishing them happiness, health and prosperity. HE also offered congratulations to the people of the UAE and the Arab and Islamic countries on this happy occasion.
