The unified data warehouse was launched ,by FAHR, along with the first release of the Federal Government Statistical Report on December 2012.
This unified data warehouse of the federal government employees real-time data, and it is the source for the Federal Government Manpower quarterly based Statistical Reports. These reports includes detailed (micro-data) report about the UAE Federal Government HR
The “discoverer” statistical reporting system is a tool to collect and visualize all the HRMS data from the unified data warehouse, data from Bayanati system, and HR transactions as friendly reports to all the ministries and federal government authorities. It is a web based tool available to all Bayanati system users, as well as non-Bayanati users like FAHR strategic partners such as the National Service authority, PMO, and MOPA to be used as a reference in HR KPIs.
