The Council of Ministers has issued a Decision appointing Mrs. Leila Obeid Al Suwaidi as Executive Director of Programs & HR Planning at the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources.
HE Laila Al Swaidi holds a Master's Degree with distinction in strategic management from Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), and a Bachelor's Degree in e-commerce from the same college. She is member in many committees, including the Federal Committee for Jo evaluation & Description, Appeals & Objections Committee for federal government employees, and the Global Balanced Scorecard Professionals Group.
Previously, Laila Al Swaidi held several positions including Acting Executive Director of Programs & HR Planning Sector in the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources since 2015, director of departments of Strategic Planning & Institutional Excellence, and Performance Evaluation & Follow-Up in the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, as well as president of Community Development Branch at the Secretariat of the Executive Council of the Emirate Dubai from 2003 to 2006.
