The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has responded to “Nabtat Al Kheir” charity initiative recently launched by Dar Al-Bir Society, which focuses on selling plants to employees for 10 dirhams each. The proceeds will be used in funding humanitarian work and charitable projects conducted by the Society, such as treatment of indigent patients, construction of mosques, well drilling, etc.
In this regard, Hanan Mohammed bin Naseef, Deputy Director of Government Communications Department, said that the Authority has invited all its employees to contribute in supporting “Nabtat Al Kheir” initiative, stressing that the initiative has received great response from the employees. She noted that the Authority’s reaction to this initiative comes as part of World Environment Day, which falls on the 5th June every year, and carries this year the slogan "Beat Plastic Pollution".
Hanan bin Naseef noted that this initiative comes in continuation of many charitable and community initiatives that the Authority has launched or interacted with during the year, in response to Declaration of His Highness President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, 2018 as Year of Zayed. She said that supporting humanitarian and charitable work and enhancing the spirit of social responsibility among its employees is an integral part of the Authority’s vision and mission.
