How should I use keywords?

Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

Refine search results?

If you find that your search has returned too many results you might want to consider refining your search. You can refine your search by adding other keywords to your search or by using the handy keyword tool that can filter your results to make them more accurately reflect the information you are looking for. The filters can be found to the top of your results.

Federal Committee on Job Description & Evaluation finalizes Support Jobs

Monday May 04, 2015

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has announced in a circular recently issued to all ministries and federal authorities that the Federal Federal Committee on Job Description & Evaluation (FCJDE) in the Federal Government has completed the description and evaluation of all support and institutional roles in the federal government institutions (201 jobs), covering nearly 77% of federal government employees out of a total workforce of more than 91 thousand employees.

FAHR emphasized in the circular that implementing the approved jobs does not mean replacement of employees whose job grades are different from those appearing on the approved job description cards; as such cases should be addressed according to the mechanism contained in the system. According to the circular, the approved job descriptions are available on FAHR website (www.fahr.gov.ae).
