How should I use keywords?

Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

Refine search results?

If you find that your search has returned too many results you might want to consider refining your search. You can refine your search by adding other keywords to your search or by using the handy keyword tool that can filter your results to make them more accurately reflect the information you are looking for. The filters can be found to the top of your results.

FAHR Signs MoU with Dubai Military Human Resources

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), recently concluded at its headquarters in Dubai (DMHR), a memorandum of understanding with Dubai Military Human Resources, to promote cooperation in the development of human resources systems and operations. The MoU was signed by FAHR Director General, HE Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, and HE Major General Mohamed Saad Al Sharif, Chairman of DMHR, in the presence of representatives from both sides.

On this occasion, HE Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, Director General of the Authority stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation between all government and private institutions, and those concerned with human capital development, with a view to sharing knowledge and best international experiences and practices in this regard, in a manner that enhances human resources capabilities in an attractive work environment.

For his part, HE Major General Mohammed Saad Al Sharif Chairman of DMHR praised the importance the agreement signed between FAHR  and  DMHR representing Dubai Police Force - State Security Apparatus - General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs - General Administration of Civil Defense. He highlighted key areas of cooperation including exchange of training courses, exchange of courses, conferences and seminars, legal and management consulting related to human resources, as well as sharing experiences in the field of technical and smart applications that serve both parties.

The memorandum of understanding seeks to strengthen cooperation in exchange of technical expertise and practices related to the development of HR systems, research projects and studies, and participation in activities and events held by the two parties in order to share best practices and applications. It also aims to develop training policies to ensure optimal recruitment, motivation and retention of qualified human resources and exchange of smart applications in the development of HR systems and operations.

Under the memorandum of understanding, employees of FAHR and those working for military departments in the Emirate of Dubai will participate in training programs, seminars, conferences and meetings organized by FAHR or the military departments represented by DMHR on human resources topics, in addition to exchange of administrative and legal consulting services, and periodic publications issued by FAHR.
